Which is the purpose for processing your personal data?
The purposes for processing the data that you provide us through the “Submission form CV” forms or through the “Contact” form of this Website are the following:
- Contact: Your identification data collected through the Website contact channels will be processed with the sole aim of responding your information requests (for example to report a problem or to submit queries, concerns or comments). These data will be retained by COMMTIA, until your request has been satisfied, and in any case your data will be eliminated every December 31 of each year.
- CV submission form – Work with us: When you fill in the CV submission form of the Website, COMMTIA collects your data in order to assess the professional skills of the candidates for vacant positions within COMMTIA. In this regard, we will use the information contained in your CV exclusively for that purpose and we may retain, your CV where appropriate, for a maximum period of twelve months from receipt. After this period the personal data collected will be eliminated. If you wish, you can send us a new updated CV after that period.
Any processing of personal data for any other purpose than those detailed above, will require your prior and express consent.
